Amani Mills, age 15, was last spotted leaving her Hempstead home on Tuesday, April 2, according to Nassau County Police.
Her disappearance was reported to police weeks later, on Tuesday, April 30.
Mills stands at 5-foot-1 and weighs approximately 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Further information, including the clothes she was wearing at the time of her disappearance, was not available.
